Brian Mittman, PhD is director of the VA Center for Implementation Practice and Research Support and a RAND senior advisor. He is also co-editor-in-chief emeritus of the journal Implementation Science and a member of the PCORI Methodology Committee. Mittman’s research interests include implementation science, health care quality improvement, and health care management. He has served as a visiting professor in the Department of Health Services at the UCLA School of Public Health and in management at the UCLA Anderson Graduate School of Management. Mittman received a PhD in Organizational Behavior from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
